It is with great pride that I welcome you to the seventh concert season of the nationally-recognized Ritz Chamber Players. This 2007-2008 season promises to be as fulfilling and engaging as you, our audience, have become accustomed to experiencing.
Since our formation in 2002, the Ritz Chamber Players has opened a window into the spirit and brilliance of preeminent African-American classical musicians worldwide. Through our concert series here in Jacksonville and performances throughout the United States, the Ritz Chamber Players continues to build awareness and participation of multicultural audiences and communities that reflect our multicultural society.
Join me as we welcome back our award-winning artists who perform with fine organizations such as the New York Philharmonic, Boston Symphony, Philadelphia Orchestra, and the London Symphony.
